Honeybuns Vegan & Gluten Free Cinder Toffee Brownie Traybake
Honeybuns gluten free and vegan dark chocolate fudge brownie drizzled with dark chocolate and topped with chocolate shavings and sweet cinder toffee pieces. We bake our brownies low and slow for a soft gooey texture. Registered with The Vegan Society. All Honeybuns cakes are handmade in small batches at our dedicated gluten free bakery in Dorset. These premium traybakes, pre cut into 16 portions, are created with foodservice and hospitality in mind. Thaw and serve means minimal wastage.
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate 29% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin., vanilla), coconut milk, light muscovado sugar, flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), honeycomb pieces 3.8% (sugar, glucose syrup, sustainable palm oil, sodium bicarbonate, rice flour), cider vinegar, dark chocolate shavings 0.6% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin., vanilla), sea salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum., rapeseed oil
