Wildfarmed Ginger & Rhubarb Traycake
Our Rhubarb & Ginger Crumble Cake is made with a moist buttermilk sponge, spiced with ground & stem ginger and topped with rhubarb jam and a cinnamon & oat streusel. Each slice is finished with bright pink blackcurrant icing and dried cornflower petals. Made with 100% Wildfarmed regenerative, British flour and oats. Each traycake contains 18 individual, pre-cut portions. Each tray is approx 2kg. Each carton contains 8 traycakes. This product is frozen.
