Bridor Cranberry Twists
The sharp flavour of the cranberries contrasts perfectly with the sweetness of the custard in these pure butter pastries. Bake on site from frozen for a homemade look and freshly baked aroma and taste.
Ingredients:
water, WHEAT flour, sugar, fine butter (MILK) 10%, cranberries 4%, modified starch, yeast, EGGS, whole MILK powder, salt, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT gluten, stabilizers (calcium lactate, tetrasodium diphosphate, disodium phosphate), non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), sunflower oil, glucose syrup, turmeric extract, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flour treatment agents (alpha-amylases, hemicellulases, ascorbic acid), natural flavouring (MILK), carrot extract.
