Corte Buona Sliced Italian Bresaola
Bresaola is obtained from the processing of the anatomical cut beef leg. The meat is appropriately salty, stuffed into collagenic casings and seasoned. At the end of the curing period the product is peeled, sliced and MAP packed.

beaf meat, salt, dextrose, natural flavourings, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite. 138g of beef are used for 100g finished product
