Corte Buona Sliced Ventricina Salami
Spicy Ventricina is a product made with selected, trimmed, coarse-grain pork meats. Then meats are mixed with salt, spices and, according to the traditional recipe, with the addition of hot chili pepper concentrate and ground hot chili pepper. The mixture obtained is then bagged in casing and put to drying and seasoning process. After the curing period, the product is brushed, peeled and then is sliced and MAP packed in trays
Ingredients:
pork meat, salt, spices, dextrose, flavourings, Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; Preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. 135g of pork meat are used for 100g of finished product.
