Italian Sliced Ventricina Salami
A spicy Salami typical of the south of Italy. A distinctive Mediterranean flavour, with a strong hot taste given from the presence of chillies and a great use of spices. The final product is bright red, with large slices where it is clear the distribution of meat and pieces of lard.
