Speck is a cured meat, crafted using the hind leg of the quality pigs. It undergoes a dry- brining process with a blend of salt, pepper and juniper. Speck is typically produced in the Alpi region. Can be used on meat board, antipasti, pizza and focaccia .Pack size 1 x 2-2.5kg.
