Ideal for cutting into preferred shapes and topping pizzas with true Neapolitan flair Made from pasteurized cow’s milk Authentic taste. The meticulous process involves heating whole cow’s milk, adding raw cow’s milk whey and liquid calf rennet, allowing natural fermentation and maturation of the curd. The curd is transformed into strips, cut, stretched, and then hardened in containers filled with cold water. After salting, the Fiordilatte log is packaged in a protective atmosphere.
