HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove all packaging. Place on a serving plate and cover. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 8 hours. Alternatively, remove individual portions, place on a serving plate & cover. Allow to thaw in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours.Nutrition
