Brakes Chocolate Mousse Slice
A cost-effective dessert for food service, this Chocolate Mousse Slice combines smooth chocolate mousse with a light sponge base. Supplied in two pre-cut trays, it provides 70 ready-to-serve portions. Simply thaw and serve. Rich, silky and indulgent. Each piece measures approximately H 30mm x L 52mm x W 40mm.
