Sysco Classic Lemon & Raspberry Semifreddo
Sysco Classic's Lemon & Raspberry Semifreddo combines a soft lemon flavoured sponge base with vibrant raspberry sauce and a creamy vanilla flavoured mousse swirled with lemon curd, and a sprinkling of raspberry pieces & white chocolate curls. Serve straight from frozen for a refreshing treat or defrost to enjoy as a luscious mousse cake. Each piece measures approximately H 40mm x L 372mm x W 225mm.
