Microwave Cooking Instructions
Remove plastic wrapper and place container on a plate. Microwave from frozen on full power for approximately 20 seconds (950 watt microwave). Secure the top of the container with the forefingers and push the puddings from the base using thumbs. Place on a plate with the fruit at the base. Microwave from frozen on full power for a further 60 seconds (950 watt microwave).
