MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZENRemove film and place pudding upright in a 1.3kW microwave on full power setting for 1 minute and 5 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. To serve: invert pudding onto plate and scrape any excess sauce onto top of pudding.
