Hackney Gelato Pistachio
This smooth, nutty gelato is made with plenty of roasted pistachios and a sprinkle of sea salt. It's all the greatness of eating pistachios, with none of the shell admin.
Ingredients:
MILK, sugar, water, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, Sicilian PISTACHIO paste 5% (PISTACHIO, colour: copper complexes of chlorophyllin), double cream (MILK), skimmed MILK powder, stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sea salt.
