Whole MILK (63%), sugar, whipping CREAM (10%), Scottish tablet pieces (7%), MILK protein, dried glucose syrup, dextrose, BUTTERMILK powder, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum and carrageenan), natural flavouring, caramelised sugar syrup. Scottish tablet pieces contain sugar, sweetened condensed MILK, BUTTER, skimmed MILK powder.
