Dry Mix 500g 1kg Whole Bag (3.5kg) Cold Water 875ml 1.75L 6.125L Method: (for Yorkshire puddings) 1. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 7. 2. Weigh out the dry mix then add to a bowl. 3. Add to the bowl the required amount of water. 4. Select the whisk attachment and mix on slow speed for 1 minute. 5. Scrape down the bowl and mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed. 6. Pour 1tbsp of oil into the wells of Yorkshire pudding tins and preheat until the oil is slightly smoking. 7. Pour the batter into the hot oil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Method: (for pancakes) 1. Make the batter as per above. 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat and allow a knob of butter to melt over the pan. 3. Pour in some of the batter mix and roll the pan until it covers the base. 4. Cook until edges begin to curl and then turn over and cook the other side (approx. 1 - 2 minutes each side).
