Cooking instructions
Add the water and muffin mix to a mixing bowl mix for 1 minute slow speed.
Scrape down, then mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.
Add any inclusions and mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed until combined.
Line a muffin tray with large muffin cases and deposit 120g into each liner or 75g into cupcake cases.
Add any toppings.
Bake at 170C fan 190C Conventional oven for 25-30 minutes, depending on size.
Cooking times may vary. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
