Dry Mix 500g 1kg Whole Bag (3.5kg)Cold Water 500ml 1.0L 3.5LMelted Butter 100g 200g 700g (OPTIONAL)Method1. Weigh out the dry mix then add to a bowl.2. Add to the bowl the required amount of water and melted butter (optional)3. Select the whisk attachment and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.4. Scrape down the bowl and mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth.5. Pour the mix into the waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden.
