Neutral 6 cm Pressed Puff Pastry Tartlet A crisp 6 cm pressed puff pastry tartlet with a neutral flavour, ideal for mini quiches and savoury tartlets, and equally suitable for sweet fillings. The pastry can also be re-baked at 160 °C–175 °C for added versatility.
