Knorr Intense Flavours are a range of culinary ingredients crafted into complex flavours to help you and your team consistently deliver flavour that wows your diners. Made with natural ingredients like slow roasted Onion and Garlic. You can use Knorr Intense Flavours Roast Umami to bring a deep, rich caramelized flavour to your dishes. Add Caramelised Umami to your dishes at any stage of the cooking process. Using it early on (e.g. marinade) will deliver a caramelised umami flavour whilst adding it later during the cooking process will give the more distinct flavour of roast onion and garlic.
