Cooking Guidelines: Heat thoroughly until piping hot throughout. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Marinade – Prawns / Chicken / Salmon / Beef steaks Oven • Score meat, poultry or fish and cover with marinade • Cover and place in refrigerator for 30minutes. For a more intense flavour leave for 2-3 hours or preferably overnight. • Cook meat, poultry or fish as per cooking instructions, basting throughout. Pour Over Sauce Hob • Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction • Heat the BBQ sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes • Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve. Pizza Topper Oven • Spoon BBQ sauce onto the prepared pizza base • Add topping of choice • Transfer to preheated oven Sauce can also be used as; • Mix with minced beef to make BBQ beef burgers • Serve as a dip • Hunters Chicken Check food is piping hot before serving.
