Cooking Instructions: To make 5 portions: In a suitable pan, mix 60g (2oz) of soup mix with 150ml (5fl oz) of water to form a smooth paste. Stir in a further 700ml (1¼ pints) of water and bring to the boil. Gently simmer the soup for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve. Whole container (approx. 187 portions): In a suitable pan, mix all the soup mix with 5.6 litres (9 3/4 pints) of water to form a smooth paste. Stir in a further 26.2 litres (46 pints) of water and bring to the boil. Gently simmer the soup for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve.
