Filled with beef, pork and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, requiring just 3-4 minutes’ gentle simmering. These tortellini carry the legacy of Pastificio Barosi small shop in Milan, from which they derive their name. The only pasta format bronze-extrude, giving them a golden hue and unparalleled flavour. The recipe remains true to its original, encapsulating Italian tradition and history in every delicate parcel. Crafted through bronze-extruded pasta made from a blend of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, eggs, and water, filled with a savoury mixture of beef, pork, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and other select ingredients. After sealing, they undergo pasteurization and are then packed in a protective atmosphere. Cooking and Serving Tips: Perfect for enjoying in broth, whether vegetable or white meat-based, our tortellini promise a comforting and flavourful experience. Cooking time 3-4 minutes.
