Our Artisan Ravioli are carefully crafted to deliver the perfect balance of delicate pasta and generous filling. Made with a high free-range egg content (30%) and a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flour, the pasta holds its shape beautifully and cooks to the perfect bite. Each parcel is filled with beef that’s slow-cooked for 6 hours, gently braised in Chianti red wine and roasted to create an incredible melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich, deep flavour. Pair with our delicate Sage Butter sauce to enhance the savoury notes and let the filling truly shine.
