COOKING GUIDELINES: Allow 75g raw rice per person. Rinse rice in cold water. Bring large pan of water to the boil. Add the rice to the pan. Simmer for 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and drain well. Ensure rice is piping hot & flu- with a fork before serving. Cooking times may vary. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
