Omega 3 Scottish Mackerel Fillets (skin on, pin bone in)
Hand-filleted and left skin-on and pin bone-in for a 'freshly caught' appearance. Caught in the north-east Atlantic during peak season only, the mackerel are landed and processed in north-east Scotland - the heart of the UK's mackerel industry. This ensures premium quality for great taste and appearance whilst also delivering high levels of omega 3. Individually frozen to minimise waste.
