Portico Classic Atlantic MSC Haddock Fillets
These fillets are delivered skin-on for a 'freshly caught' appearance. A close relative of cod, and with a very similar taste and texture, haddock has historically been the white fish of choice in Scotland and the north of England. White fish is generally mild in taste and firm but flaky in texture when cooked. It's great for baking, steaming, broiling or frying.
