Devon Crab Fine White 50/50
Pasteurised and frozen 50/50, comprising of 227g brown meat and 227g fine white meat from the purse of the crab. Product has a sweet 'hint of the sea' aroma and flavour. The brown meat has a coarse pate texture and smooth mouthfeel. Whereas, the white meat is flaky in texture with fibers of meat clear to see. The brown meat is brown to deep orange in colour depending on the roe content of the meat which is seasonal. The white meat is creamy to beige in colour.
