Handling instructions
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Remove the required amount from the outer case. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours.
Food Safety Tips
Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary. Discard any shells left unopened at the end of cooking.

MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Pierce pouch Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds. Shake pouch gently and heat for a further 1 minute. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Pierce pouch Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 2 minutes 20 seconds. Shake pouch gently and heat for a further 2 minutes 20 seconds.
Other Cooking Instructions
Boil in the bag. From Frozen: Place the sealed pouch into a saucepan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer gently for approximately 8 minutes. Gently shake the pouch before serving. From Chilled: Place the sealed pouch into a saucepan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer gently for approximately 5 minutes. Gently shake the pouch before serving.
