This is a raw product and must be cooked to a minimum temperature of 75ºc for 30 seconds or equivalent. Oven bake: Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc / Gas mark 6 for approximately 18 - 20 minutes. Deep fry: Deep fry in hot oil at 180ºc for approximately 8 - 10 minutes. Air fry: Cook using manufacturers guidelines
