Deep fry: Deep fry in hot oil at 180ºc for approximately 5 - 6 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. This is a raw product and must be cooked to a minimum temperature of 75ºc for 30 seconds or equivalent.Oven bake: Place on baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc / H=Gas mark 6 for approximately 18 minutes.
