Scottish Hot Smoked Peppered Mackerel Fillets.
Hand filleted mackerel, decorated with peppercorns before being slowly hot smoked over beechwood to give a delicate smokey flavour. Each case contains 9 individual packs each containing 4 fillets weighing 60-100g per fillet. Once defrosted the fillets are ready to be eaten cold, or served warm.
