Candy Grapes are a variety of red seedless grapes. The berries are generally small in size and round in shape. The colour is pinkish red and sometimes with a slight speckling. The skin is thin and conveys no hint of astringency. Texture is best described as firm but not crisp or soft. It is the flavour profile that is most unusual; intense and immediately familiar with other fruits, such as pineapple and melons, a unique combination of Muscat and Labrusca, along with a high level of sweetness and very low in acids.
