OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Place on a greased baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 220°C/Gas Mark 7 for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

SHALLOW FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: This product may also be shallow fried.
Deep Fry Instructions
DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Preheat oil to 175°C. Deep fry for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST: Preheat oil to 175°C. Deep fry for approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain well before serving.
