OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES Spread in an even layer on a lightly greased baking sheet and cook in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200ºC, Gas Mark 6 for approximately 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Deep fry in hot oil at 175ºC for 2-3 minutes.
