Christmas Loaded Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients
- F 150159 Sysco Classic Sunday Roast Croquettes (x2)
- A 28340 Sysco Classic Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix (17g)
- F 3564 Brakes Gluten Free Cooked Pigs in Blankets (x2)
- A 100357 Sysco Classic Cranberry Sauce (2 tsp)
- F 3090 Sysco Classic 3” Fully Baked Yorkshire Puddings (x2)
- Tap Water (50ml)
Recipe
Preparation:
- Make up stuffing with the stuffing mix and boiling water.
- Spread the stuffing mix evenly around the inside of the Yorkshire puddings.
Method:
- Cook the croquettes as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Cook the pigs in blankets as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Bake the stuffing lined Yorkshire puddings until crispy and piping hot.
- To build the loaded Yorkshire puddings: Place one croquette and one pig in blanket in each Yorkshire pudding and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
