- A 136733 Cheeky Gluten Free Crispy Fried Onions (7g)

- A 10146 Sysco Classic Pickled Red Cabbage (15g)
- A 125111 Brakes Cranberry & Mulled Spice Sauce (10g)
- A 6894 Sysco Classic Real Mayonnaise (15g)
- A 10718 Sysco Classic Demi Glace Sauce (75ml)

Recipe
Preparation:
- Defrost burger buns and blue cheese
- Drain pickled red cabbage
- Make dressing by mixing mayonnaise and cranberry sauce
- Mix festive seasoning: Chicken stock powder, sage, onion powder & paprika
Method:
- Cook the breakfast sausage patty and the buttermilk turkey burger as per guidelines
- Toast the cut side of the bun in a pan
- Place blue cheese on top of the bun and place under a hot grill to melt
- While still sticky press the bun into the crispy onions to create a blue cheese and onion topping
- Reheat the demiglace
- Grill the bacon until sizzling
- Cook the crisscut fries as per guidelines
- Place the drained pickled cabbage on the base of the bun
- Top with the turkey burger, then the sausage patty, then the bacon
- Spread the dressing on the cut side of the top bun, and skewer the burger together
- Dust the crisscut fries generously with the Festive seasoning
- Serve on a plate with the sauce in a suitable bowl to dip the burger
