  • C 71138 Philadelphia Original Soft White Cheese (40g)
  • A 134644 Cooks & Co Garlic Puree (3g)

  • C 5002020 Applewood Smoked Cheddar Cheese (25g)
  • F 112833 Blue Cheese Slices (20g)
  • A 152276 Sysco Classic Apple & Fig Chutney (20g)

Preparation:

  • Thaw the bread
  • Pre heat the panini press to 200°c

Method:

  • In a bowl combine the soft cheese, garlic & parsley
  • Slice the grapes
  • Spread over the soft cheese on one slice of bread, add the smoked cheese, blue cheese & grapes
  • On the second slice spread over the chutney & sandwich together
  • Place between a sheet of parchment paper & heat through the panini press for approximately 7 minutes
