Preparation:

  • Bake the baguette, allow to cool
  • Thaw the chicken, pigs & stuffing
  • Slice the pigs & stuffing

Method:

  • In a bowl combine the slaw mix, cranberry & mayonnaise
  • Slice the baguette length ways but not cutting all the way through
  • Arrange the slaw on the base, add the chicken, pigs & stuffing
