Mincemeat, Cranberry & White Chocolate Bites

Ingredients
- A 324 Dr. Oetker Professional Scotbloc Plain Chocolate Flavoured Drops (300g)
- A 85184 Brakes Digestive Biscuits (250g)
- A 4442 Dr. Oetker Professional Scotbloc White Chocolate Flavour Drops (120g)
- C 114411 Utterly Butterly Catering (125g)
- A 26941 Brakes Golden Syrup (60g)
- A 85702 Brakes Sultanas (100g)
- A 89780 Brakes Chopped Dried Apricots (100g)
- A 89849 Brakes Dried Cranberries (100g)
Recipe
Method:
- Line a deep baking tray with cling film
- Crushed digestives in a large bowl
- Place dark Chocolate in a large bowl together with Butter and Golden Syrup
- Melt the mixture over a pan of simmering water
- Remove mixture from heat
- Add rushed biscuits and all fruit to chocolate mixture a mix thoroughly
- Place mixture into cling film lined tray, press down in tray
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
- Melt White chocolate over a pan of simmering water
- Drizzle with chocolate bars before cutting into portions
