  • A 1721 Matthew Walker Classic Christmas Pudding Loaf (80g)
  • F 591132 Andros Morello Cherry High Fruit Compote (40g)
  • F 103712 Jude’s Brandy Butter Ice Cream (60ml)
  • C 70215 Wholesome Farms Fresh British Double Cream (30ml)
  • A 106066 Tate & Lyle Fairtrade Icing Sugar (5g)
  • C 450121 Small Oranges (2g)
  • A 5027082 Sysco Classic Mallow Piping Bags

Preparation:

  • Defrost mallow and cherry compote
  • Break Christmas pudding into rough/ gnarled pieces
  • Whip the cream, with the icing sugar and orange zest

Method:

  • Pipe the mallow onto your plate and toast with a blow torch
  • Warm the pudding in the microwave- and place between the mallow
  • Place pieces of the broken meringue between and over the pudding pieces
  • Place cherries and sauce from the compote over everything
  • Finish with a rocher of orange chantilly and a scoop of brandy butter ice cream
