Sea Bream, Lime Leaf & Lemongrass Seafood Bisque

Ingredients
- F 103607 Portico Premium Sea Bream Fillets (x1)
- A 128812 Essential Cuisine Lobster Sauce Base (5g)
- F 134734 Devon White Crab Prime Mix (30g)
- F 115545 Cooked Mussel Meat (40g)
- C 151393 Fresh Kitchen Thai Base Sauce (80g)
- F 30866 Ardo Freeflow Spinach Leaves (45g)
- A 88519 Sysco Classic Basmati Rice (50g)
- A 116334 Lion Green Chilli, Coriander, Lime & Mint (15g)
Recipe
Preparation:
- Defrost: Seabream, crab, mussel meat and spinach
- Drain spinach well
- Cook the rice according to manufacturers instructions or to your preference
Assembly:
- Pre mix the rice and chilli coriander & mint sauce
Method:
- Season Sea Bream and pan fry skin side down, until skin is crisp
- Flip over, finish cooking, and remove from pan
- Pour Thai sauce base into the pan, stirring in the bisque sauce base
- Warm through with mussels and crab meat
- Reheat spinach in the microwave
- Place the spinach in the center of your chosen serving dish
- Flood the rest of the plate with the sauce arranging the mussel meat evenly around the dish
- Place the Bream on top of the spincah (skin side up)
- Serve with reheated Green Rice on the side
