Tuna & Cranberry Melt

Ingredients
- F 5001075 Panesco Sesame & Nigella Panini (129g)
- C 152126 Sysco Classic Tuna Mayonnaise Savoury Filling (60g)
- A 89849 Sysco Classic Dried Cranberries (15g)
- C 10224 Red Onions (10g)
- C 10163 Sysco Classic Grated Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese Mix (30g)
Recipe
Preparation:
- Thaw the bread
- Peel & thinly slice the onion
- Pre heat a panini press to 200°c
Method:
- In a bowl combine the tuna, cranberries, onion & cheese
- Cut the panini in half length ways & add the filling
- Place in between a sheet of parchment, heat through in the panini press for approximately 5 minutes
