Handling instructions
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Defrost overnight in refrigerator. Microwave: Pierce film lid, cook from defrost on full power for approximately 2mins 30 secs - 3 minutes. Always ensure that product is piping hot before serving. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN From frozen: Place product on a microwavable plate. Microwave on full power. Cook for approximately 2 ½ minutes. Pierce film pouch. Cook for a further 3 -3 ½ minutes. Always ensure that product is piping hot before serving.
