OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a centre rack of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 30 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a centre rack of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 50 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Cook on a high setting in a 1.3 kw oven for approximately 6 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Cook on a high setting in a 1.3 kw oven for approximately 8 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min.
