Handling instructions
Do not refreeze after thawing. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove lid. Or from defrost for approximately 20 minutes. Cooking times may vary. This product must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Stir before serving. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 from frozen for approximately 30-35 minutes (to adjust according to the number of products in the oven). Stir before serving.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. If cooking from defrost allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES from frozen : pierce film lid. Cook on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven from frozen for approximately 5.5 minutes (0.900 kW : 9 minutes). Allow to stand for 1 minute, stir before serving. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Or from defrost for approxymately 3.5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
