MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Pierce pouch. Microwave on a medium setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 4 minutes, shake pouch and microwave for a further 2 minutes, from defrost reduce to a total of 3 minutes. Once reheated, leave to stand for 1 minute and gently shake the pouch to fully homogenize the sauce. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.

Do not store after reheating for later use. Without thawing:<ul>In a bain-marie: Place the pouch in the bain-marie in simmering water for 40 min at 85°C. In microwave: Transfer to plate then heat in microwave for 4 min at 700W </ul>With prior thawing: Thaw the product in a cold room at 0°C - 4°C for maximum 24h, following good hygiene practices after opening.<ul>In a bain-marie: Place the pouch in the bain-marie in simmering water for 30 min at 85°C. In microwave: Transfer to plate then heat in microwave for 3 min at 700W </ul>Gently stir the pouch before opening and after reheating to fully homogenize the sauce. After opening, consume within maximum 48h, following good hygiene practices. Not to use on pack. Cooking Guidelines from Frozen, in a bain-marie/water bath: place the sachet in simmering water for approximately 40 minutes at 85°C. From Defrost adjust to approximately 30 minutes at 85°C. Gently shake the pouch before opening and after heating to ensure the sauce is well blended.
