Cook from frozen.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.AIRFRYER: Pre-heat airfryer to 180°C. Cook for 8 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.PAN FRY: Pre-heat pan to medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Cook for 6 minutes turning frequently.GRILL/BARBECUE: Pre-heat grill/BBQ to high heat 240 - 250°C. Grill for 6 minutes turn halfway. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.The inside of the burger may still be pink when fully cooked. Burger is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
