Oven: From frozen: Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / gas 7. Cook for 25 minutes on a preheated baking tray, turning halfway. Rest for 3 minutes before serving. Make sure appropriate temperatures are achieved. Deep Fry: From Frozen: Place 4 pieces in a fryer, deep fry at 175°C for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
