Simon Howie Vegetarian Black Pudding
A blend of Vegetarian fat, oats and seasoning mix which is then filled directly into Naloform black 75mm casings to form a 1.3kg stick, heat treated then cooled.
Ingredients:
Water, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Sunflower), Oatmeal, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Potato Starch, Dried Onion, Barley Flakes, Salt, Spices (Pimento, Black Pepper), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Colour (Vegetable Carbon), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of fatty acids).
